At GothiCursed, we aim to deliver quality products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
The item is unused
The item is in original condition
The item is returned with original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchange
We currently only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items (if applicable).
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective.
