Thank you for shopping with GothiCursed. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via Shiprocket and partnered couriers:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified threshold — check our current promotions for details.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select orders and locations. COD availability will be indicated at checkout. A partial advance payment may be required for COD orders.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through the courier's website or Shiprocket's tracking portal.
Failed Delivery Attempts Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at gothiccursed@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
